| Tibet
It's name the “Roof of the World” is no idle statement. The valley bottoms of Tibet are higher than the highest mountains elsewhere. It's snow covered plateau are the highest in the worlds. Apart from the Everest, which Tibetans see from ‘the other side', many a mountain ranges are over 15000 feet. Meet here with chanting monks, stooped in prayer; mingle and wade through prostrating citizens as they circumambulate monasteries on their bellies while prayer wheels and prayer flags fan the burning incense as the smoke rise towards the heavens, to Gods who govern by a faith compassionate to all things living.

PILGRIM'S TOUR
MANSAROWAR AND MT KAILASH
Lake Manasarovar is intimately associated with Mt Kailash, the holiest mountain and lake.Ultimate destination for Hindus and Buddhists. It is worth noting that these foremost pilgrim destinations are all located in extremely beautiful areas of the Plateau.
Simikot to Kailash
The route from simikot of nepal to Mt. Kailash in Tibet via Yari entry points was resticted to trekkers until times.
We begin our itinerary for this trip (Simikot Trek to Mt. Kailash) with a flight to simikot, located in the far west region of Nepal. Then we spend few days trekking across Humla region of Nepal before we enter Tibet with a cress-over of Nara la Pass 4,330 m at taklakot. Humla is Nepal's higest, nrtoernmost and most remote region which is culturally and sceincally very reward to trek through. The people of Northen Humla are Bhotia people whose roots are in tibetan plateau. This trek will offer the unique type of trekking experience which takes you to tibets mythicak Mount Kailash and Lake Mansorwar, via the hidden humla villey in Nepal's western most TIbetan frontier. Starting from Simikot, we continuously travel overland west along the mighty Zangpo River and over high passes reach Mt. Kailash. THere we take some time to make 'Kora' (holy-circuit) trek of Mt. Kailash sharing the trail with other pilgrims that journey to kailash in the summer months. This extraordinary journey definitely gives us deep khowledge about the rick culture of the locals, their unique traditional lifestyle, spiritual odyssey as well as unforgettable trekking experience.
HUMLA TO MOUNT KAILASH /
MANASAROVAR TREK
In May 1993 the government of Nepal and China
reached an accord that allowed the first treks across
the border between the two countries. While it had
been a route for Nepalese pilgrims for years, foreign
trekkers were never allowed to trek from Nepal into
Tibet. It has always been possible the rules. A trip
to Mt Kailash has always been regarded as a
pilgrimage. It satisfies the romantic in us that the
pilgrimage to Kailash is a difficult one. Whether you
drive for seven days or walk for six days, it is still
not possible to make a quick, easy visit to Kailash
and Manasarovar. You cannot yet travel all the way to
Kailash by helicopter or airplane. This is certainly
as it should be.
